In 2011, Ritver’s first Powder Coating plant was inaugurated in Lebanon. Both good planning and solid development has positioned the plant as market leader in record time.
Powder Coating is a projection of Ritver's adamancy to invest and continuously develop its product offering and advancement on global scale.
Powder coating has a huge positive impact on the environment as it contains no solvents and release little or no amount of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) into the atmosphere.
From a practical point of view, powder coating can produce much thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without running or sagging.
Esthetically powder coating does not show differences between horizontally coated surfaces and vertically coated surfaces. Moreover the special effects are much easier to apply using powder coating as sometimes some would be impossible to achieve with other coating processes.
Ritver's Powder coating expansion plan is under review and would be fully disclosed in 2018.
